Terms and Conditions

Privacy:

  • Any customer information collected is used exclusively by CMC Espresso, INC. and its affiliates. No personal information will be shared or sold without your consent.
  • Email or physical mailing addresses may be used for contact or marketing purposes exclusively by CMC Espresso, Inc. You may opt out at any time.
  • Your security is a primary concern therefore, Credit card information is strictly guarded and all transations are processed securely with our merchant account.

Shipping:

  • Most orders are shipped using UPS ground, US Mail, or Freight carrier, CMC Espresso reserves the right to select the appropriate shipping provider.
  • Free Shipping program is limited to the Continental US, additional charges may be applicable to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Overseas Military bases, and International Orders.
  • Free shipping program for large items shipping by freight carrier are strictly dock to dock deliveries. Any costs for additional services such as lift gate, or other specialized delivery are not included unless explicitly specified.
  • Orders will be processed as quickly as possible usually within 1-2 days. No credits will be offered due to delayed shipping. We urge customers to order in advance of their actual need.
  • Orders on items that need to be manufactured will have a lead time, typically between 2-8 weeks. Lead times will be estimated at the time of order.
  • Some orders will be shipped directly from their respective manufacturers or regional warehouse, therefore we cannot guarantee that all items purchased will arrive in the same shipment.
  • Any shipping damages should be noted with the carrier at the time of receipt. Otherwise damage should be noted as soon as possible. It is especially important to inspect any cart or kiosk delivery and note any issues BEFORE accepting delivery, failure to do so could affect the ability to claim full compensation for any damages.

Back Orders:

  • In the event that a product is backordered, you will be notified and offered the option of canceling the item from the order, or leaving it for shipping as available.

Payment:

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and many Debit cards for all online orders.
  • COD orders are not accepted.
  • If you wish to place an order on credit account, please call the order in, toll free @ 888-584-8881. Credit terms are granted only after a written application has been submitted and approved. Credit will be revoked for slow payment and all overdue accounts will be charged a finance charge.
  • If you wish to place an order check or money order, please call the order in, toll free @ 888-584-8881. Please make check or money order payable to CMC Espresso Inc., and mail to 162 Point Brown Ave SE, Ocean Shores, WA 98569. In the case of a check your order may be held until funds can be verified.
  • Orders for carts or kiosks require a 50% deposit at the time of order, with the balance due prior to shipping. In the event that an order is completed and balance payment is not received, additional charges, interest on the balance owed, and storage fees may apply.
  • Appropriate fees will be charged for any returned check.

Returns and Damage Claims:

  • Return merchandise accepted within 7 days of delivery. Customer returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please try to use the original packaging when possible, any items damaged due to insufficient packaging in return shipments will not be credited. We recommend that you ship your package by a trackable method, as lost shipments will not be credited.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be charged for any item returned that is not deffective.
  • All sales on Carts, Kiosks and other manufactured items are final, no returns or exchanges.
  • Items that are returned undamaged will be credited to the card used at the time of order. Cash or check refunds will not be issued for credit or debit card transactions. All other refunds will be as store credit or by company check. Refunds and credits are limited to the cost of the item only, shipping costs are not refundable.
  • All food or perishable item sales are final and may not be exchanged or returned.
  • Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. All claims must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt. For damages, you must save the original shipping carton with tracking label, and all packing material for inspection by the carrier. We will contact the carrier and ask for a review of the damage. Free Shipping Policy

In our effort to better serve our customers and eliminate surprises and unexpected costs, we are offering free shipping on most items. Beware of companies offering lower prices up front, often times they make up that difference with surprise shipping costs after a purchase is made. With CMC Espresso all costs are upfront, with no surprises.

Free Shipping is included on virtually every cart, kiosk, and piece of equipment we sell. The only exception is some of our smallwares and accessories. For these lower cost items we offer free shipping for any combined order of $200 or more. Any other exception to our free shipping policy will be clearly listed in the item description.

This program covers all shipments via UPS Ground, US Mail, and dock to dock freight within the Continental US only. Any express shipments, deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international destinations will be subject to an additional fee. Also any special freight shipping services such as liftgate delivery or installations will have an additional surcharge.

Warranty and who to contact

We stand behind our products…

Each CMC cart is manufactured with the highest quality materials and detailed
workmanship. Your cart is covered by a one year limited warranty. This warranty provides coverage for repair labor for a period of 6 months, replacement parts are covered for one (1) year.

Liability extends only to products manufactured by CMC and is limited to the replacement of said products. Any damage resulting from, or occuring to any equipment used in conjunction with this product is excluded. Damage caused by misuse, abuse or poor maintenance is also excluded and subject to manufacturers discression. Certain factory installed equipment may carry an independent warranty which supercedes that which is provided by CMC.

If you have a problem with your CMC Cart:
Immediately notify your CMC dealer or call service line directly at 888-584-8881. Most warranty claims will require the following information: Cart model #, Cart serial #,date of purchase,and a detailed description of the problem.

We offer replacement parts for virtually any espresso machine so please don’t hesitate to call even if your problem is not warranty related.
